terms and conditions

#1 — No cancellations. Cancellation fee will be half of the total price of your transaction and will be posted as a bogus buyer.

#2 — down payments. i will be allowing down payments. the default duration or number of days between initial payment and final payment is 7 days / 1 week. if you wish to back out during the interval between initial payments and final payments, the initial payments will not be refunded.

#3 — reservations. i will be allowing reservations as long as you are a sure buyer. to avoid joy reservers, i will be asking you to pay 50% of the total price of your transaction — also non refundable.

#4 — Tracking. buyers are expected to track their own parcels once items are shipped. please do send me a message if the items have not arrived after 2 weeks.

#5 — reshipment. buyers are to pay shipping fees for the first and second shipment if their parcels are returned to me.

#6 — wrong, incomplete, and damaged items. buyers are expected to send a video of them unboxing as a proof. video must start from when buyer is opening the pouch and must finish when all items are taken out of the box, cardboard, and bubble wrap.

#7 — shopee checkout as mod. Please use this mode of delivery at your own risk. Lost or damaged parcels is not our liability, since parcels that are sent using this mode of delivery do not have insurance. Please prepare an unboxing video just in case problems occur. See t&c #6 for video guidelines. we are not refunding your items If problem ends up unresolved, but we guarantee cooperation when problems arise.

#8 — buyer's privacy. all of your details (name, contact number, addresses, usernames.) will be kept confidential. however, your name and twitter username will be posted for awareness if you are a bogus buyer, joy reserver, or scammer.

#9 — seller's privacy. all of my details (name, contact number, addresses, usernames.) shall also be kept confidential on your end. kindly remove, shred or wipe all my information off of payment receipts, waybills, and parcels when discarding proof of payments, waybills, and packages.
